Nikolay Godunov

Nikolay Godunov was born in Uljanowsk, Russia. He was trained at the State Ballet School of Ufa in Russia between 1985 and 1993. After graduating he was engaged as Soloist at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg where he danced important solo and demi solo roles in classical ballets. In St. Petersburg he also danced roles in contemporary ballets. In February 2001 Nikolay Godunov joined the Vereinigte Städtische Bühnen Krefeld and Mönchengladbach as Soloist.

In 2002/03 Nikolay Godunov joined the Stuttgart Ballet’s Corps de ballet. In 2004/05 he was promoted to Demi Soloist, in 2006/07 to Soloist.
